Order Processing Time

2–5 business days

Each shirt is made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters our production queue. Most items are printed and ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days.

7–21 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $75 (USD).

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, delays or lost packages can happen. If your tracking number hasn’t updated in over 7 business days, or your order appears lost, contact us at support@elite11.shop so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
