At Elite11.shop, your satisfaction is important to us. Since all of our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
We will review your request and, if eligible, offer a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Order Issues and Wrong Items
If you receive the wrong item, or if there's a printing or fulfillment error on our end, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct the issue promptly.
Exchanges and Sizing
Each t-shirt is printed on demand, which means we do not keep inventory. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selections. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
Cancellations
Orders are sent to production shortly after being placed. If you need to cancel, contact us within 1 hour of your purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
